| When you call us, we answer the phone. You will never get an answering
machine. One of our trained dispatchers or reservationists will answer the
phone and be able to handle your call — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365
days a year. All
calls are recorded for quality control and accuracy of information. This
can be used to verify corporate accounts.
Reservations are taken and entered through an extensive system of
checks and balances. Reservations are re-confirmed by our office the day
before your scheduled pick up.
Last minute transportation needs are not a problem. Call us.
Air Travellers
All incoming flights are checked by
"Flight View" on an hourly basis and monitored for late arrivals or
delays. We subscribe to "Flight Tracker", an internet service that tracks
the location of your flight.
This means we meet you when and where you arrive, whether you call us
with a change in plans or not.
We station vehicles outside of JFK and LaGuardia airports, so we can
cover your last minute flight changes.
Every morning we call our affiliates in Miami, Dallas, Los Angeles,
Charleston, Chicago and Maine to get a weather report and determine how
that weather will affect our customers' incoming or outbound flight.
